Juxtaposition

So for this particular image, I really loved the background so I selected this background to serve as my organic image. When I was thinking in terms of organic, I was thinking about something that is derived from living matter, something that is biotic which are the leaves in this background image. As for my mechanical image, I decided to select two small silver and gold rings because when I think in terms of mechanical, I am thinking about something that contains metal. In order to make my mechanical image blend with the organic background, I cropped the photo first. Once I was done cropping the mechanical image, i then used the magic erase tool to cut out all the other parts that were left in the background of the mechanical image photo. Then i copied and pasted the mechanical image to the organic background.

As for my second image, I decided to use the background as my organic image and use the butterfly that is located on right hand as my mechanical image. This image was the easiest out of my four images to do. The reason why I selected this background as my organic image and selected the butterfly as my mechanical image is because I  really like how they both blended together and I thought that if someone  would look at this picture, they would have thought that my mechanical image was already in the photo without me cropping it and copying and pasting it into my background.

Also, for my third image, I decided to let the background of this image serve as my organic image and let the little cartoon character that I have sitting on top of the nuts serve as my mechanical image. The reason why I selected this background as my organic image is because I think thought that organic could mean many different things, even in terms of fruit, so I selected this colorful, pretty, and amazing background. As for the cartoon character,  I selected her as my mechanical image because once again, I thought that it blended very well with this background image since the background was already colorful.

Last but not least, as for my fourth image, I decided to use a pretty bright flower background to serve as my organic image and use the bubble bee which is sitting in front of the flower as my mechanical image. The reason why I selected the background to be my organic image is because I really love the color green and pink. I also selected the bubble bee as my mechanical image because I thought that the flower would look plain without it.

For each one of my images, I did the same strategy which was crop the mechanical image first on its original background and then used the magic erase tool to cut out all of the remain pieces in the image that I didn't need. I also played around with some of the colors in my mechanical images so that they blend well with my backgrounds. I then copied and pasted the mechanical images to my background.
